Movie fans were stunned over the weekend when word quickly spread that Paul Walker, an actor best known for his role in the Fast & Furious movies died in a car crash on Saturday.
Paul Walker was a passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT when collided with a light pole shortly after Walker and the Porsche’s driver, Roger Rodas left an event for Walkers charity organization Reach out World Wide (ROWW).
Unsafe Driving To Blame?
As of Monday 12/2 it’s not clear if unsafe driving is to blame for Paul Walker and Roger Rodas death but it’s looking like a possibility since there has been a report of the Porsche that was carrying Rodas and Walker drag racing with another vehicle on Hercules Street in Los Angeles shortly before his wreck occurred.
Los Angeles County Sheriffs are hopeful that they will soon have a clear cut reason for the crash since it’s especially shocking that both Walker and Rodas were experienced drivers in their own right who had been able to expertly handle high performance vehicles both on and off screen.
